Service Area

We proudly serve the Greater Houston area with two simple delivery zones:

Green Zone (0–20 miles) – $40 Delivery & Service Fee

Orange Zone (21–30 miles) – $60 Extended Delivery Fee

Our coverage includes, but is not limited to: Sugar Land, Richmond, Missouri City, Stafford, Rosenberg, Pearland, and areas within the Houston Loop.

All delivery fees include drop-off, setup, and next-day pickup for your convenience.

 If you’re just outside our 30-mile service area, contact us — we may still be able to accommodate your event for a custom fee. 

Delivery & Pickup Times

We deliver and pick up 7 days a week, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Need a different time? No problem — we’ll coordinate with you after booking to fit your schedule.

FAQ

  • To reserve your items, simply place a booking through our website. Full payment is due at checkout. A $40 delivery & service fee is required for all rentals, and is already included in our bundle pricing. After booking, we’ll contact you to confirm delivery and pickup times

  • Yes, we charge a flat $40 delivery and service fee for all orders. This covers delivery, setup (if needed), and next-day pickup. The fee is already included in bundle pricing and is non-refundable. Customer pickup is not available at this time.

  • The $40 delivery and service fee covers delivery to your location, next-day pickup, and basic setup assistance if needed. All deliveries are handled by our professional team. This fee is non-refundable.

  • You may cancel or reschedule your order up to 7 days before your event for a full refund.

    Cancellations made within 7 days are subject to a $40 cancellation fee, which covers the non-refundable service and delivery costs.

    Cancellations within 48 hours of your event are non-refundable due to scheduling, labor, and reserved inventory.

  • All rented items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered. Normal wear and tear is expected, but if any items are damaged or missing, a repair or replacement fee will be charged based on the item’s value.


    Typical replacement costs are as follows:


    Chairs: $20 each


    Rectangular Tables: $130 each


    Round Tables: $120 each


    Tablecloths (Round): $10 each


    Tablecloths (Rectangular): $12 each



    We always aim to be fair and transparent. A detailed invoice will be provided if any charges apply.

  • At this time, we do not offer same-day delivery. All rentals must be booked in advance to ensure availability.
